Q: Xcode can not be install on my MBP

Xcode version: 4.3.1

Mac OS X version: 10.7.3

it actually worked before, before I reinstall my OS and upgrade my Hard Drive to SSD.(I don't know if this is the reason)

And now I can't get Xcode to work.
