cannot access singpass
I have issue accessing the Tax website via singpass on OX 10.7 safari. Anyone has an issue?
MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.3)
After calling IRAS today, they told me that this was a known problem. This evening they have now displayed the following message on the Tax Portal:
"Safari version 5.1.4 and above browsers are incompatible with SingPass login. For Apple Safari browser users, please use an alternative browser (i.e. Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox). We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
So -- there is a known problem & the solution is to use Firefox. That worked for me.
