Q: movies tab missing from purchases in itunes

hi

i have downloaded a number of movies from the itunes uk store.  i wanted to look to upgrade these to 1080p, but when i go to the purchased quicklink in itunes (on any of my icloud enabled devices) the MOVIES tab is seemingly missing?

the music/tv shows etc tabs are showing, but not movies?

is this local to the UK, or do i need to enable something? all software is up to date

    I'm afraid I have no help, but I have this exact same problem too.  Missing in iTunes and on iOS device.  I can see the music tab, books, apps, even tv shows, and re-download all these items, but the movie tab jsut isn't there.

     

    I'm also in the UK, all software bang up to date.

    Same exact problem but here in Australia. Has anyone got an answer to this. I Thought I saw the movie tab the first time I used the purchased feature in itunes but when I went back a day or so later to download a purchased movie onto another mac the tab is missing. Not only on this machine but all my macs. If anyone has some info that would be fantastic.

    At the moment, downloading of previously purchased movies is available in the United States only.

    Thanks for the info Jim, Just out of interest is this download issue form country to country a licensing problem. Would love to know more if anyone can enlighten me. Thanks.

    I bought my first rental tonight throug iTunes and a year a bit later the same thing happens. No download tab.

    What's the fix other than requesting a refund? Any clues? The tab subs in and out depending on what screen you're in. Frustrating!! IOS up to date, new iPad Pro...thanks in advance.
