Hi I try to use find my iphone but message keep saying loocation is not available..... Guys I need your help

No one can make it find your iphone.
If the iphone is off, in airplane mode, has been restored, etc, then it will not be located.
First make sure you have find my iphone active on the phone or it will not work. If you have location services turned off on your iphone it will not work. If the phone is off or not connected to a network like wifi or 3G it will not work. There are a ton of different things that will make it not work but you don't give us any information to work with.
