Mar 25, 2012 4:58 PM in response to RGHaleby steve626,If sometimes it works and sometimes it does not work, that is almost always an issue on the mail provider's side. A common cause is maintenance being performed on the mail provider's system or servers. I would be patient and see if the issue goes away within 12 hours or so. If not, you should contact the mail provider.
