No, that is why I stressed it. When formatting with Disk Utility, before choosing the format, go to Options, and select GUID first, then Mac OS Extended Journaled. It is default from now on, the partition table is left ‘as is’, if not changed later.

It may be GUID if the disk is targeted at mac users by the manufacturer, which is quite rare. Conversely, if the disk is targeted at frequent exchange with PC Users, the partition table should be Master Boot REcord (MBR) and formatted as FAT or NTFS.

I do not understand your phrasing, mainly I do not understand ‘and after use Apple usb stick installer Lion to install Lion in the firewire 800...?’.

Let me repeat: in order to install and run Mac OS X, any, from an external drive, that drive must be formatted 1. HFS+ and 2. must have GUID partition map. I do not know what was skipped or not, I told you to check this by getting info of the drive, as indicated. If both conditions are not fulfilled, you must reformat the drive.

You don't need to buy a pre-configured Mac External Drive. They are usually more expensive. Just buy one and then open DiskUtility from the Utilities folder in Applications and reformat the drive to GUID and Mac OS Extended (Journaled) There is also an option to partition the drive if you only want to install Lion on a part of the drive and use the rest of the drive for something else.
