Compatibility with Windows 7 PC

Hey experts .... i have been struggling with this new compatibility issue with my new computers that now is windows -7 (64 bits) version. On my old computer iTunes and Safari use tyo work just perfect without any issues. When I start iTunes version 10.6, firtsly its takes ages to open it and then I get a message :

iTunes.exe has been set to run in compatibility mode for an older version of Windows. For best results, turn off compatibility mode for itunes before you open it. - How can i turn this compatibility mode off I tried the Right click and Compatibility issues, tried reinstalling it , tried verything that I could nothing helps??? any suggestions please !

And Safari also takes up like good 2 -3 mins to open up on this Windows 7 PC. Quick time is working just fine.

Not precisely sure what you've tried, so I'll try my standard advice here to begin with.

Try the following document, only be sure that none of the boxes in the compatibility mode tab are checked (not just the compatibility mode box itself):

Thanks b noir, oh i see so all the boxes should have been unchecked. This resolves the pop up issue, but the loading probelme remians as it is - even after the compatability issue getting resolved ......why my iTunes takes 4-5 mins to start and sometimes more ......... also Safari takes the same time to start in WIndows 7 platform......... ! any advice ??? anybody else having the same issues???
