Help! My ipod nano is new, and it's the little square one, and it's now stuck/frozen!

Have you tried to connect it to iTunes?
Ive got the same problem with my nano touch aswell. I have tried connecting it to itunes but it just makes the connetcing sound but doesn't come up under devices or connect on the ipod screen. Its just got the same frozen screen and wont play music either 😢

my iPod nano is like the square one too....
just now I just connect it to my laptop...
then I open iTunes and stuff....but...suddenly my laptop got jam...
and my iPod is showing the home screen..
by mistake....I open photos.....and its frozen till now
I try to turn it off...but it didn't work...
the battery icon is on charge although I unplug the USB....
anyone have any idea to fix my iPod back...
please help.....😮

Me too. I bought it and it worked for a couple of hours and then froze. I took it back to The Good Guys and they agreed to replace it and now the replacement has done exactly the same thing! I am NOT happy!
I've tried resetting it by pressing on off button and volume down both connected and not connected to computer. The apple icon comes up and I can get the screen back but it won't scroll or go into anything.
