All iPhone 4S sounds lower than usual after iOS 5 upgrade

Bought my 4S Feb 1, 2012 volume was ok not as loud as I would like but after iOS 5 upgrade sounds are now extremely low. No I do not have it on vibrate and yes I have the volume all the way up in the settings. I reset all the settings and still too low. Any help?
