I just moved to the icloud. Ever since my mail has been so slow. Every 5 seconds I get the spinning wheel of death and it is killing my ability to type, or operate in mail at all. Why is this the case?
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

Open System Preferences > iCloud
Deselect the box next to Mail & Notes, then reselect it, then restart your Mac.
