The templates are included with iPhoto.

It is not possible to print different sized photos on one page using iPhoto - I guese you could create a book if one of the book pages templates fits your needs and print just that tpage of the book - but that is not really a good solution

Suggest to Apple - iPhoto mnenu -- provide iPhoto feedback
