Q: safari wont open to anything but apple start

when trying to open safari it opens to start apple not able to go further

pc, Windows 7

Doublechecking ... does the Apple Start page stay blank when Safari tries to access it?

If so, perhaps try the following document:

Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store

there is no window on the mac just wont start
