hey if anyone can help me i lost everything on my iphone when i syncronised with my old mac before the backup

Did you sync with a new computer before you transferred iTunes media and backed up your iphone? Do you not have a backup of your computer?
i was trying i cloud i dont have a backup
Have you ever sync'd with the OTHER mac? You referred to your old mac.
If so, sync with your newer mac and this should fix it.
If you lost everything on your iPhone after syncing to a different computer, haven't backed up to iTunes or iCloud and don't have a computer backup, then there isn't much you can do to retrieve non purchased content.
