You have Windows (7) installed, you see 2 Disk icons in Option startup. If you could also provide the Windows install DVD at Boot, you would see a round icon that could be selected for "repair" of some problem that will not let Windows boot. Most of the same recovery options are on the Windows drive (bootcamped space) itself.

I do not know what compressed Windows means but if you do not see the F8 menu mentioned below and you have no external backup, you have to reinstall Windows.

If you can't provide the Windows installation media (DVD) another repair method can be invoked at the moment you begin to boot into Windows if you continuously press the F8 key which opens an Advanced Boot Options menu.

"Repair your Computer" option allows you to select an external Image Backup you made in Windows previously. This option completely restores every byte on your C: drive.

"Last Known Good" option provides a list of OS snap shots made by Windows update. You could try the most recent one listed. This resets the OS to that date and time and will require that any updates made after it be redone, but none of your data is lost.

Put the windows cd in the drive (better yet have it there already), select the windows partition and when 'Press any key to boot from CD/DVD appears, press any key.

Try using startup repair first, then system restore if no luck.
