Advice on adapters to use my 23" Cinema Display as only TV screen for satellite TV?

I'm trying to use my nice display as TV screen to watch DirecTV (and Tivo). Seems that the adapter I really need is the DVI female to RCA adapter. Anyone know where I can get this? Or is this wrong? I've long since buried the Mac Tower it was purchased with (in 2003?) but it seems a crying shame I can't continue to use it as TV. Any help is much appreciated!!
