How do i tell if im running a video card and what one?

Im looking at buying a Mac landscape design software and these are min requirments

Macintosh® OS 10.5x or higher, Intel® Core® Solo class processor or higher, 256MB of RAM, 4.9GB of Hard Disk Space, 32MB of VRAM, VGA Video Card displaying at least 1024x768 with 16-bit color (32-bit recommended), DVD-ROM Drive,

But i have a Mac O S X 10.6.8 intel core 2 Duo w 1 GB 667Mhz DDR2 SD Ram.

What software do i need to be able run this landscape software??
