Q: my screen in magnifying mode and will not go back to normal size..opens normal and changes immediately to magnified

screen will not shrink.. tried turning off and on but magnifies everything when opens.. hand rubbed on sreen last night and it went to magnification and now will not return to nomal ..HELP
