Need to clear iTunes account balance

I need to change the country of my iTunes account,

but I have to spend all my balance first, that's what the iTunes webpage told me

the remaining balance I've had is $0.04, which is impossible to spend


they told me to contact customer support http://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.do?PRKEYS=PF4

but every time I open this page, it says

"We're sorry, our system are currently unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes or start over now."


I keep getting this message for a week now, it drives me crazy!!!


Don't tell me to buy a $0.99 App and use a credit card, I don't have it, and I don't want to.

All I wanna do is to get rid of the remaining balance I have, and change the country of my account.


If you are a Apple employee, please give this message to so-called "Customer Support", thank you!

There are no Apple employees here, only your fellow users.

/There is a much simpler solution 🙂


you need to enter this site and manage your AplleID :

https://appleid.apple.com/


then choose manage your apple ID, enter your ID and password and sign in.

after that go to addresses, change the country and your info, and save the changes

sign out from itunes and sign back in , it will ask you to verify your payment info

verify it and enjoy ^_^
