Need to clear iTunes account balance
I need to change the country of my iTunes account,
but I have to spend all my balance first, that's what the iTunes webpage told me
the remaining balance I've had is $0.04, which is impossible to spend
they told me to contact customer support http://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.do?PRKEYS=PF4
but every time I open this page, it says
"We're sorry, our system are currently unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes or start over now."
I keep getting this message for a week now, it drives me crazy!!!
Don't tell me to buy a $0.99 App and use a credit card, I don't have it, and I don't want to.
All I wanna do is to get rid of the remaining balance I have, and change the country of my account.
If you are a Apple employee, please give this message to so-called "Customer Support", thank you!
