Cannot access my mail.com email. Message says my password is incorrect. I ca't retrieve my new email from apple through the new password process because my in box cannot accept mail.
Something happened to my me.com password. Iwhen I try and use it it tells me it is incorrect. When I try to change the password I cannot get the email to be able to go through a replacement password process because my Mac mail account cannot receive the email. I also tried to use the security question process but it tells me that my input is correct. I absolutely know I have used the right info as the question is the city where I was born. No chance of me not having that right. How can I get around this delema and get a new password to work with my apple mail.
