Strange yellow spots on applications when moved around.

My iMac has been having this strange problem as of late. Whenever I drag a application window around the desktop, yellow spots start to appear all over the window. I have a screenshot of this problem below.

This looks like a driver problem, but I can't find any threads with this same problem.

Any ideas?
