Fish world will not open on my iPad or iPhone....help! I spent around $500 on this app between the iPad and iPhone!!

Hi, I have spent over $500 since January on fish world between my I pad and I phone... Two different games. I did the update and things were fine for a day or so. Now fish world crashes on. Both I pad and I phone. It trys to start then crashes. I started a new game on my I pod.... No problem. Please tell me how to get a refund my money or tell me how to fix the problem. Please help me resolve this issue. - Thank you!
