Q: New to Apple. Need some basic info.

I'd like to know how to cut-and-paste in a document, mark (highlight) text, as well has search (ctrl-F on a PC) a document.

Also, I don't use a mouse and can't figure out the right-click.

MacBook Pro (13-inch Late 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.2)

Cut, copy, paste, clear, find are all the same except you use the command key (apple or cloverleaf symbol) instead of the control key.

Right-click? Are you using the Trackpad? If so, go to the Trackpad System Preferences (in the Apple menu) and set up click options:
