OSStatus Error -5410

Hi there,

I am having trouble trying to view .wmv files from a education website. When trying to open them in the browser I get the error OSStatus error -5410, when trying to view them with Quicktime the screen is just green. I have up to date versions of flip4mac and Perian installed. How can I fix this?
