how can i run internet explorer on my ipad?

There is no internet explorer for an iPad or for any Mac.

Do you just need Office apps? Check out Docs2Go or QuickOffice Pro.

Use another remote control solution, of which there are a number in the iTunes Store, to take control of a Windows computer.
