why can I not use genius?

why can i not use genius? when i touch the genius botton on my iPod he say that it not alowed is with this number

What is the exact error message you are getting? What generation iPod Nano do you own and is it running the latest firmware? You can check by plugging your iPod into iTunes and clicking the Check for Updates button from under the iPod's Summary tab.

He says "this song is not suitable for Genius". This does he say by every song.

Yes he is running the last firmware. He is from the 6th generation.

I have never seen that error message before, but perhaps you should take a look at the appropriate section in this Apple support document.
