Video repeat / loop

Hello

I’m trying to get a video to continuously loop / repeat.

Have read around and tried changing the video to ‘music video’; but still can’t fathom it out.

Also, have tried to put playlist on repeat – no success.

After the video stops the screen goes black until I press ‘menu’

Any help, advice &/or directions very much appreciated!

I’m a somewhat iPod ‘newbie’ (although I have had one for about 5 years… never tried anything this complicated!) so please make it nice and simple!

Before you start the Movie, in the iPod

Goto Settings->Repeat
Set to All
Go to the playlist, with only your movie
start the movie, from the playlist.

Of course, dont forget to put repeat to off, when you get tired of the replay.

Note that if you start the movie, in the movie tab, it wont repeat, so please start the movie in a playlist. like newly added or use Itunes to create you special playlist.

Hey,

Thanks for your advice, I went ahead and tried this.

Unfortunately it didn't work.

The video is in:

Video Playlists > On-The-Go 1

I have already set to repeat - all

When I press play & watch the video through, at the end the screen just goes to black.

I also tried playing the video from Video Playlists > Recently Added, but the same thing happens at the end - the screen just goes black until i press something.

Am I doing something wrong?!

Please help me!

It's sad,😢, works for me and for some others users, I'm now trying it again on Recently Added and it repeating 4th time. for the 5 minutes video, without any blank screen.

Can you try Hard Reset ,

After charging till full charge, at least 2 hours (preferably 4 hours)
Toggle the Hold switch, make sure you dont see the red mark when you do the next step
Reset the iPod -> Press Menu and Center button simultaneously for about 10 secs till the Apple Logo comes ON
Then release the buttons
Select your preferred language.

After the reset, try my earlier suggestion again.
