I am from morocco and after trying free book account I want to have a paid account
So I got my EIN number by phone.
And subscribe to a paid account putting in my EIN.
It s five days that I submitted to itunesconnect and I am waiting.
As I entered my EIN as soon as I receiveded it think that apple
Will not deliver right away my itunesconnect account (question of database )
I hope to receive an email from apple soon.
I just received after 8 days an email from apple saying
Note that if you recently registered for a U.S. Tax ID, it can take time for it to become part of the IRS database records even though it has been issued to you for use. We cannot validate your U.S. Tax ID information until it is in the IRS database records.
When reentering your information, take care to avoid these common mistakes:
Select the correct Tax ID type (SSN/ITIN or EIN).
Enter your Legal Entity Name exactly as it is registered with the IRS.
Use your Legal Entity Name and not a doing business as (DBA) name.
It took me about 2 months to get my book available. You must simply be patient as it takes a very very long time.
Evan20 what is the title of your book?
"OpenText Web Experience Management". But, they took it off 3 weeks ago cause I used the word "iBook" in the text so am waiting again for review. So, I think I'll be waiting another 2 months!
The big problem is that I've got students who are waiting to take the courses but no book. What Apple should do is improve the turn-around for books that have already been published but were removed due to a small problem.

Yes, that's an error of truly momentous proportion and it serves you right having to wait for four weeks to find out. Especially seeing that the documentation doesn't mention any such restriction…

Maybe that's what they are doing already. Seeing that the process is completely opaque, there is no way to know. But just imagine what might have happened if you had used the word "Kindle"… :-(
Michi.
Your agreement makes it clear that you are bound by copyrights. I don't think anyone should be surprised that Apple looks to protect their IP.
The question is, where in my contract or in the documentation can I find the list of prohibitied words?
Michi.
