Book contract amendments
Just now when I used iTunes Connect, I found that Apple have update my contract agreement. I find it interesting that it seems possible for Apple to unilaterally update an already existing contract. First time I've come across this. I mean, what would happen if I unilaterally "update" my contract with Apple?
But, what really upsets me is that I'm calmly directed to a new version of the contract to agree to. That contract is a cool 37 pages long. Now I can read the new contract and the old one side by side, to find out what has actually changed and how that might affect me.
That is rudeness beyond belief. At the very least, Apple should provide an overview of what has changed and how, and a list of the affected sections.
