Q: What should I do about purchases that were made on my account that I didn't make?
I received an email saying that a purchase of a playlist had been made on my account. I never made this purchase. To me its obvious my account was hacked. They used $7.99 of a giftcard I had on my account. I changed my password to my account. Is there anything else I should do? I plan on contacting Apple about the purchase to hopefully get a refund.

If you do not receive a reply from Apple within 3 to 5 business days after reporting the unauthorized purchase, use the email form for requesting a refund here Apple - Support - Contact Us
