Which is best iOS for iPhone 3GS?

I've been using iPhone 3GS from the last September. And it is working fine. I have updated to iOS 4.3.5. After reading several negetive reviews about iOS 5 running on iPhone 3GS I didn't updated my device. But now I'm reading some prospective replies about iOS 5.1 running on iPhone 3GS. In this note I want to listen from you. Please tell me what I should do. Update to iOS 5.1 or still using iOS 4.3.5?

I am a moderate user of iPhone. I don't play much game on my phone but I access to internet frequently. I'm from India. Thank you.

iPhone 3GS, iOS 4.3.3, Actual ios version 4.3.5.

I have two 3GS from July 2009 that I updated to 5.0, then 5.1

Both seem to run faster than they did on IOS 3.** or 4.**

No problems with internet, games, batteries, or crashes. But both get a lot of good features from 5. Reminders, notifications, icloud, and other features work fine.

You can't go by any of that stuff, users have complained about every single iOS update since the first iPhone was released. Fact is, if you restore your phone iOS 5.1 will be installed on it. If you want the latest features, upgrade.

there are compalint about each and every single update. no exceptions.

Most never have any issue with any updates ever.

Seriously? This place is like a hospital, the only people that come here are people with problems. Apple has sold millions of iOS devices running iOS 5.1...millions...all over the world.
