How do i re install compressor 4 from the app store?

I think some table(s) in compressor 4 is (are) corrupted.

I cannot get the upper left standard window to appear and I may have modified a standard preset.

Is there a way to revert to initial settings?

Alternately could I download compressor again? If so where is the magic button?
