Third Party Preferences
No third party preference files are showing up in my Library's Preferences folder - Graphic Converter, as an example. I've repaired permissions and all of that.
Am I missing something?

Are you sure you are looking in your HOME/Library/Preferences folder? Home/Library being found, e.g., by holding down the option key while perusing the Finder Go menu?
