Connect the iPod to your comouter and click on the iPoid under devices i iTunes. Got tothe Photos pane for the iPod. Check the box that says sync photos and select the source of the photos yu what to synce. A PC usually uses a syncing folder in which you copy the photos you want to sync.

I just tried it and it told me that " photo folder synce has been disabled and photo natasha can't be found.

iTunes: Unable to sync photos
Is here anything strange about your iPod setup? Is it your personal iPod and not being managed by somebody else?
