It took a few more days than expected, but the activation did arrive.

My project manager never received an activation email. I have tried contacting Apple to get it resent - but it seems they can't help either. Anyone have any info on how to activate?
A few thoughts:
- Did you receive the email to review and execute the iTunes U service agreement? This came to me about a day or two after I submitted my application.
- Have you tried contacting support at: itunes-u-request@apple.com?
- Have you checked your spam folder or service?
- Are you the designated Site Manager?
