I'm using an iPhone 4S and Mac OSX 10.6.8. I've installed the latest iTunes and Apple iPhone Remote app from the app store.

When I select my iPhone 4S in iTunes I enter the 4 digit passcode correctly, but iTunes continues displaying an error about an incorrect passcode. I checked the possible causes mentioned by Apple support, but no succes.


Any suggestions?
