Q: The main view does not update after using plugins

Up until the last time I updated Aperture, everything worked fine. With the new update, the automatic update of the main view has stopped working. When I use the plugins (NIK Software) the main view used to automatically update. Now I have to **** down Aperture and reopen it for the changes to show in the main view. Any ideas what I can do about it?
