iPhone contacts show businesses by person's name

I am having a problem with the phone contact list on my phone. The contacts are copied via iCloud from my desktop. I have a number of entries which are "duplicates" but one is by the person, one is by the business name (check box next to "company" to signify that they should be listed by the company name rather than the persons first, last name). On my desktop Address Book they display properly. On the iPhone, it seems that the display by company name is not an option, so they end up displaying twice as the persons name. Is there any way to change this on my iPhone so that it respects the display by company name setting which is in the deskotp Address Book?

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1, Sprint

As far as I know, the iPhone displays all contacts by name when a name exists in a contact. The only time it displays the Company Name is when there is no person's name associated with it. You can work around that by putting the person's name in the Notes field and just having the Company name in the contact, however that would defeat what you are doing on the computer.
