itunes store

Could you walk us through what happens (when you try to access the Store) in some more detail, please?

Hi b noir, I have kind of similar situation here. I live in Mongolia and have international payment card and first time using Apple ID. Do I must have an US address in order to sign in iTunes store?

I was able to access itunes store on windows 7 64 bit system however I recently have not been able to. I'm sure there have been numerous updates installed of itunes since I last recall accessing the store. I believe it is a programming error. I've just installed the last update from 3-28-12 ( version 10.6.1.7 ) and I am still not able to access store. I installed it as an update.

I cannot access ITunes store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I get a screen but it is blank.

I have no error that appears on the screen.

I went to Keyboard and it stated that all repairs complete.

I will still try to follow up on the specific errors

but it is not working. I have been to that sight many

times. I realize that it must have been during an

update. But I can still download any previous purchases

that are on going.... I will continue but not sure if this is

I just installed iTunes version 11.0.5 on my Windows 8 64-bit computer. It works fine until I try to enter the iTunes Store, at which point it says, "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

I tried installing the 64-bit fix, but that made no difference.

PS: The only option after I get this message is to close the program, which has already stopped working.

I'm having the exact same problem last two days running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.

i'm having the same issue, no access to itunes despite having access to my library. how did you guys resolve issue?

not at all. do you have any idea how to fix it. i've tried again but nothing helps, i've gone into the help drop from itunes for suggestions but nothing...
