Hi, I have a mac osx 10.6.8. The printer I use is a HP C3180 Photosmart all in one. I would like to be able to print mirror images of geometric shapes. I have the geometric shapes in my documents folder. Does anyone know if this is possible with what I have and how to do it. Thanks!

Choose File > Print. If the Print dialog sheet is not expanded, click the disclosure triangle. In the application pop-up menu, choose Layout. Click the Flip Horizontally check box. Print.
This will work in all apps which support the standard Mac OS X print dialog, including Adobe Reader, although the print dialog sheet may look slightly different.

Locate the document name in Finder.
Highlight it, right-click (Ctrl+Click) and select Open With - and select Preview from the list of programs displayed.
Another option is to select 'transparency' as the print media for your printer. That usually prints mirror-image, as well.

Mac issues. I've had this Mac for about 3 years but have never had the need to open a document with an app. other than the default. THANK YOU!
Open the image in Preview / select Tools / select Flip Horizontal / then Print.
Thank you but how do I open the document in Preview? It normally opens in Adobe Reader. thanks!
