Apple TV (3rd Generation/1080p), Can it be connected wirelessly and wired?

Can you connect Apple TV (3rd Generation/1080p) wirelessly and wired through an ethernet port at the same time?

I want to hook up my Apple TV wirelessly through the network so my macbook pro and another mac mini in another room is connected to it and so that the Apple TV is connected to a mac mini server in the same room through an ethernet wired (to get the fastest possible transfer of content without buffering)

I plan on keeping the mac mini server as my media hub with all the music and videos wired to the apple TV for fast transfers and then being able to communicate with apple tv and other macs wirelessly in the house.

Possible?

The apple TV can only be connected to your network one way at a time. You can connect it with ethernet to the same router that the mac mini server is on. Then set up "Home Sharing" on the media files of the mini server and the apple TV is all set to go. If that router is also capable of wireless connections (like an airport). Then the mini-server will also be available for the other macs.
