Personal Hotspot does not work properly

When I connect my iPhone 4s running iOS 5.1 to my MBA running Lion via wifi it works fine - the first time. But if I choose to remember the password, my MBA can't find the iPhone again. If i delete the iPhone from the remembered networks-list it works perfectly agian, but only as long as it isn't remembered. Is there a work around or something for this?
