Can I know my IMEI number of my stolen iPhone via iCloud account

Yes, you can. Just follow these steps:

1. login with your apple id on appleid.apple.com.
2. Select your country if asked for.
3. Scroll down till you see "Devices" on the left side of your screen
4. Press "View Details".
5. Answer your security questions.
6. Select the device.
7. A box will pop-up with the following details :

• Model
• Version
• Serial Number
• IMEI

Note: You have to login with the apple id which the device is linked to.

I know this is a very old post but if anyone faces the same problem, YES YOU CAN retrieve your IMEI and Serial number from your iCloud account. Log in to icloud.com > Manage (below the text "Apple ID") > enter your login details again > Scroll down to devices section and click View Details > Answer your own security questions... and that's it. Just in case you don't remember the answers to your own security questions, try changing the security questions (by scrolling up) ... I hope this helps

Did you activate Find my Phone on your iPhone? That could help you find it and/or remotely wipe and block the device.

Hi, simple way to find out the IMEI.

Go to iTune, open the preferences, check the devices, just leave the cursor on the back-up device, you will get the phone number, IMEI and serial number of your iphone flashed out on your screen. I just did it.

before i read your comment i have tried many ways but its cant because my phone is lose and box is throw it away as long time ago, bo back up file no etc.

who have this problem please try Ctrl+pressing About iTunes its work for me and the serial number or IMEI of all devise syncned on your computer will appear. Good Luck 🙂😁😉

Then I don't know what to tell you. Your carrier does have the IMEI number, all carriers keep a record of devices connected to their network. Whether your carrier will give you the number is something you'll have to work out with them. Good luck.

Goto this link and type in your Apple Id and Passoword. it will tell you how many apple products are registered under your apple ID. you might find your Iphone Serial number there and IMEI too I guess.

Hi wjosten, is this iPhone and iPad Info only there after a backup through iTunes, or also when the iPhone has been connected once? In my iTunes I see both the iPhone and iPad data (CTL click on "About iTunes"), all of them, when the devices not connected (no iCloud) ???

Sorry, no. The IMEI number is also on your phone's box, if you still have such.

I find the fastest way which also works offline is if you have ever synced your iDevice with iTunes you can go to the Devices tab in Preferences and hover over the backup of the device; the IMEI number will be displayed along with the serial number and telephone number.

I was on the phone with idiot AT&T for 20 minutes and after all that time they had no idea.

You can find it by going to iTunes and pressing the Help option, then press the Ctrl key on your keyboard (Windows) then pressing 'About iTunes' and that should tell you the S/N and IMEI

i got it, but there was non one of my devices synced there..sooo, i cant find my imei...however, thnx for the support
