its a new iphone. cant have access into it after the reset.

Hi, What iPhone is it? I have seen this happen several times when you get your sim card cut down to size to fit the device instead of getting a sim replacement. I work in a mobile phone store and I have seen this my fair share of times. Hope this helps.
