1080P on Apple TV 2

Hello,

I have a Apple TV 2nd generation and a Full HD TV.

I can only install 720p 60HZ. And on the 3hird generation CAN it on 1080P.

My question,

Is it possible to get 1080P on the second generation?

ATV2 is limited to 720p. The ATV3 has the necessary hardware components to deliver 1080p whereas the ATV2 does not.
