Uploading and getting errors

Is there anyone that you can talk to at Apple, in order that they can explain all these errors! Need advise.

You can try talking to Apple, but odds are they'll just send you back to the forums.

Thanks KT, your help is appreciated. I have been struggling with this book for weeks now, perhaps I will someday be able to send it up to the book store..
