Itunes keeps asking me to sign in...

Every time that I start up itunes it keeps asking me to sign in, but never recognizes my password, and what is even stranger is that it is already signed on to my account! Is anyone else having this issue?

Dell XPS 9100-OTHER, Windows 7

iTunes Menu Store/Select Authorize This Computer.

The response is that it is already authorized.

This will resets the authorization.
