I am unable to update itunes and quicktime because I apparently don't have bonjour msi on my Dell.  I'd appreciate any suggestions as to how to solve this problem and find the appropriate program to download.

Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from the following page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" /___sbsstatic___/migration-images/180/18009762-1.gif thingy on the Major Geeks page):

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.

Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes (and/or QuickTime Player) install. Does it (or they) go through this time?
