Usually apple email the receipts/invoice directly

And I'd rather use the internets than the telophones.

What's your hang-up (excuse the pun!) with using the telephone? The simplest thing is just call the store and ask them to e-mail you the receipt.

I have this question too - however I've called twice, and would happily go back to the mall if I could get a receipt. I was told if the store sends it in, and you have it shipped to your address, the Apple Store does not handle the repair and therefore does not have the invoice. A different branch of Apple has handled the transaction and I should receive an invoice via email in 7-10 business days.

I haven't received the invoice yet, it's been about 7 days since I received the laptop. I plan to call again on the 10 day mark.

This looks to be a common issue with Apple, at least on the US you guys can call and speak to them

All we get in Australia is a dead dial tone or have to travel into the city just for a piece of paper, absolute joke of a company with terrible customer service.

Have you tried the express lane to ascertain your other options

Expresslane doesn't help much. It will give you a list of your cases/repairs but without any detail besides the repair ID / serial #. I need the exact repair dollar amount for my business dept records.

Is there another location that I may obtain this info or an email to contact?

Because stores have limited hours, and some of us are busy at work and need to take care of this when we have time. Why this isn't readily available online, or why they don't, by default, send the receipt/invoice via email (or in the box with the shipped computer) is incomprehensible, especially from Apple.
