ive been wanting to change back to the default please help

I can confirm that the default on macOS Sierra version 10.12.4 the default is 4/10 (the image below shows the settings after a fresh install).
I would agree that it shouldn't really matter, but if for some reason it does, I just got a new computer, keyboard and magic mouse and this is where it's set by default:
"Like what line is it on"? I don't understand that. Just play with the mouse system preferences for a value you like. And if you want a wider range of values use something like MouseZoom.
oh i mean like wat bar is the default speed on
cos there are 10 bars from slow to fast
Is that really that important? Set it to what you want and not some arbitrary value that was initially set.
what is the default tracking speed for magic mouse like what line is it on?
