Yes. First crop all of them to 3x5. Then start the print job and select Letter and Print Size = 3x5. You'll get this:

Select the pictures, print, select the printer, paper size and print size (do the math to be sure they will fit with small borders) and if the preview does not show multiple pictures click customize - click on settings and select multiple photos per page and click print - make any printer specific selections and click print to print
